Restore Pro Purchase

If you've already purchased Pro and it's not showing on a new device, open the app, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

The app isn't calculating correctly โ€” what's wrong?

Double-check that your tax rate is set correctly in Settings. If tax is set to 0%, it won't be added to the total. If the issue persists, email us with your iOS version and what you entered.

My Pro features disappeared after an update.

Open the app, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. This re-links your purchase to the current install. If that doesn't work, email us at support@splitsecondpay.com.

Can I get a refund on Pro?

All purchases are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select your SplitSecond Pay purchase.

Do my friends need the app to receive a split?

No. Only the person calculating needs the app. You can share the breakdown via text message, and anyone with Venmo or PayPal can receive a payment request directly.

Is an Android version coming?

It's on the roadmap. Sign up to be notified when it's available by emailing us with "Android" in the subject line.

Does the app store my bill data anywhere?

No. Everything stays on your device. No account, no cloud sync, no data collection.
